Check the quality: Carefully check the shaft, assembly holes and chamfers to ensure that there are no traces of turning and milling and that they meet the requirements; check the quality of the oil seal and spring to ensure that there are no defects, deformation and other problems.
Installation steps:
Read the assembly process requirements before installation to ensure that the standard process is followed.
Use appropriate torque and tools during installation. Over-tightening will distort the sealing locating ring.
Move and hold the locating block Move a locating block along the locating block groove to ensure that the sealing gland and the shaft are concentric. If there is an emergency, replace the locating block, gently loosen the gland nut, reposition the sealing gland, tighten the nut again, and re-confirm the concentricity.
Sealing tips:
Radial sealing method: The radial sealing rubber ring should be installed inside the wear-resistant plate to ensure the sealing effect.
Pressure test: When performing pressure test, ensure that the shape of the wear-resistant plate can remain the same, so that the appropriate sealing material can be better selected.
