Storage conditions of sealing plates mainly include the following aspects:
Temperature requirements: The optimal storage temperature range of sealing plates is 5°C to 25°C, and the humidity should be kept below 60%. Although low temperatures will not change the physical and technical properties of the seal, it is recommended to store it in an environment of 20°C to 25°C for a period of time before installation. In addition, the storage room temperature of the seal is preferably below 30°C to avoid high temperature aging.
Humidity requirements: The seal should be stored in an environment with a humidity not higher than 60% to prevent moisture absorption from causing performance degradation or damage.
Dust and UV protection: Dust may affect the mechanical properties of the seal, so dust should be thoroughly removed during storage. At the same time, it is recommended to use opaque boxes or bags to store the seal, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, strong lights, ultraviolet rays and fluorescent lights.
Shock and light protection: The seal should be stored in a dry, ventilated, light-proof, vibration-free location, and avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oil stains, corrosion and other substances.
Packaging materials: Choose appropriate packaging materials, such as foam plastics, cardboard, bubble film, wooden boxes, etc., to avoid deformation, damage or leakage of seals.
Anti-static measures: During storage, anti-static measures should be strictly followed in accordance with regulations to ensure safe storage of seals.
