Versatile Flange Sealing Material

This product is made with non-metallic material graphite as the filler, nitrile rubber as the binder, organic aramid and inorganic mineral fibers as the frame, and is formed by roller pressing environmentally friendly sealing plates. Oil-resistant, water-resistant, steam-resistant and resistant to common acids and alkalis. The operating temperature ranges from -50℃ to 400℃.

The products can be cut into various shapes through tools such as punch presses and water jet cutting, and can be customized according to requirements.

This product is mainly applied in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, such as power plants and places with high requirements for high-temperature furnaces. The product features a high graphite content, excellent heat resistance, a smooth surface and does not stick to metals.

Main thickness: 0.5-3mm, 3.0mm above the board can be bonded.
